Mehrdad is Managing Director of Alchemy Growth Partners, a boutique advisory and venture firm in Sydney. He is co-author of the international best-sellers The Alchemy of Growth, The Granularity of Growth, and the upcoming book As One. Mehrdad is chairman of Emue Technologies, an Australian venture which is the world leader in identity protection technology. Prior to Alchemy Growth Partners, Mehrdad was an Executive Director at the CSIRO and a partner and co-leader of the worldwide growth practice at McKinsey & Company. He is co-founder of High Resolves, a community service project around global citizenship, which has engaged over 10,000 high school students in Sydney and Melbourne. Mehrdad received a B.S.E. with highest honours from Princeton University, an M.P.P. as a Kennedy Fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a J.D. with high honours at Harvard Law School.
